Dosage:
Two (2) tablets at bedtime. May increase to three (3) or four (4) tablets at bedtime, if needed. Reduce dosage if you experience abdominal discomfort or diarrhea. If discomfort persists, discontinue use.

WARNINGS:
Do not use if pregnant or nursing. Unless directed by a healthcare practitioner, do not use laxative products when abdominal pain, nausea, or vomiting is present, or if you have kidney disease. Do not take more than three (3) tablets in a 24-hour period or use the maximum dosage for more than two (2) weeks. Laxative products are not intended for long-term use, unless directed by a healthcare practitioner.

Consult a healthcare practitioner before using any laxative if a sudden change in bowel habits occurs and persists for two (2) weeks or if taking prescription drugs. Rectal bleeding or failure to have a bowel movement after use of a laxative may indicate a serious condition; discontinue use and consult a healthcare practitioner.
